Payment & postage

Payment to be received within 7 days. When making a bank deposit, please leave either your eBay User ID, the last 6 digits of the item number or your postcode. A non-paying bidder dispute is opened after 7 days if payment hasn't been received and items are re-listed after 10 days (non-payer forfeits the sale). 

Australian bidders pay by:

• BANK DEPOSIT (electronic or over counter - no cheques to be deposited)
• PAYPAL (new customers MUST choose Registered Post or Express if using Paypal. Minimum Paypal payment of $5)
• AUSTRALIA POST MONEY ORDER
• NO CHEQUES OF ANY KIND
• NO PICK-UP

International bidders pay by:

• PAYPAL ONLY

I can combine postage for items over one week. Do not Checkout until you have completed all purchases. If you prefer registered mail or express, email me and I'll modify costs. Postage discount for Australian buyers: buyers pays full postage on 1st item (highest postage cost) and then $1.00 P&H on EVERY additional item. Combined postage may not apply for some items due to their volume or weight. International bidders should confirm shipping costs on combined postage as costs may be higher than anticipated. Purchases are usually sent out within 24 hours of payment being confirmed. During very busy periods, it may take up to 3 business days to dispatch items. During these times, notification will be placed in my eBay store. Residents of Florida, USA must register their purchases. Any order over $50 MUST be registered ($2.60 for AU buyers or $8.00 International).

Refunds & Returns

Full refund available for any item which is not accurately described. If you don't like the product, the colour or thought it would be bigger, smaller, etc. a refund on the cost of the item minus postage can be given after the product has been returned. Items leave here well packaged and protected so damage or loss in transit is not covered unless it has been sent via Registered Post. I do NOT issue a refund when buyer chooses regular post then claims item has not arrived. I keep photos of mailed items as proof of mailing.

Feedback

I love feedback! Most transactions are quick, easy and friendly but on the off chance you're not happy with something, let me know and a quick & fair solution will be found because I like to know that my buyers are happy with their purchases. Once I know you're happy and have left feedback, I do the same. Please don't leave negative or neutral feedback without contacting me just because you didn't like something or expected something different - take into consideration the customer service, speed of delivery, combined postage discounts and the description/photo of the item. Unfair negative or neutral feedback is a clear sign of a difficult buyer and the feedback I leave will reflect that.
