Bulk Lot 20 Gold Silver Fashion Earrings WHOLESALE

Bulk lot of 20 pairs of earrings. Earrings are NOT carded and are placed together in a strong plastic zip-lock bag within a padded bag. These are the same earrings that other sellers are selling carded but they're charging YOU an unnecessary inflated price for the cheap packaging they provide. Earrings are mainly gold tone, some silver tone and may include synthetic materials, rhinestones & other materials, depending on the selection. Picture shows some of the earrings available - some have sold out, new stock isn't in picture but there's a huge range and you'll receive 20 different pairs of earrings. Please note that the earring display stands are for display purposed only and do NOT come with the earrings.  Registered Mail MUST be chosen if paying with Paypal.

Bulk buyers may combine purchases over a week to save on postage - Australian buyers pay just $1 postage & handling fee on each extra purchase - International buyers also have postage discounts (usually just $1 per extra item but please confirm as costs can be slightly higher).

Please note that new customers paying via Paypal MUST choose either Registered Post or Express Post as a tracking number is needed. Only repeat customers may choose regular post.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment & postage

Payment must be received within 7 days. When making a bank deposit or transfer please leave either your eBay User ID or the last 6 digits of the item number. As a last resort, leave your postcode. Any other references or absence of a reference will result in a postage delay. A non-paying bidder dispute is opened after 7 days if I have not been contacted. Items are re-listed after 14 days when the non-payer forfeits the sale. Negative feedback is left for non-payers and eBay places an Unpaid Item Strike against non-payers' names.

Australian bidders pay by:

• BANK DEPOSIT (electronic or over counter - no cheques to be deposited)
• PAYPAL (Buyers MUST use either Registered Post or Express if using this method)
• AUSTRALIA POST MONEY ORDER
• NO CHEQUES OF ANY KIND
• NO PICK-UPS

International bidders pay by:

• PAYPAL ONLY

I can combine postage for items over a one week period. Do not use Checkout until you have completed all purchases. Postage costs are kept to a minimum but if you prefer registered mail, express or special packaging, let me know and I'll modify costs accordingly. Postage discount for Australian buyers: buyers pays full postage on 1st item (highest postage cost) and then $1.00 postage & handling on EVERY additional item. If you do not agree to this condition, do not bid. Combined postage may not apply for some items due to their volume or weight. This will be noted on individual listings.  International bidders should confirm shipping costs on combined postage as costs may be higher than anticipated. Purchases are usually sent out within 24 hours of payment being confirmed. During very busy periods, it may take up to 3 days to dispatch items. During these times, notification will be placed in my eBay store. I mail 7 days a week however I don't always go to the post office daily so Registered Post items and International Parcels may have slight delays.

Refunds & Returns

Full refund available for any item which is not accurately described. If you don't like the product, don't like the colour or thought it would be bigger, smaller, etc. a refund on the cost of the item minus postage can be given after the product has been returned. Ask questions if you have any doubts or concerns to avoid disappointment. Items leave here adequately packaged and protected so any damage or loss in transit is not covered unless it has been sent via Registered Post ($2.60 for AU buyers or $7.50 International). Padded bags are used for most purchases, bubble-wrap & satchels or boxes for larger items/orders.

Feedback

I love feedback! Most transactions are quick and easy but on the off chance you're not happy with something, let me know and a quick & fair solution will be found because I like to know that my buyers are happy with their purchases. Once I know you're happy with the transaction and have left feedback, I always do the same. Please don't leave negative or neutral feedback without contacting me and just because you didn't like something or expected something different - take into consideration the customer service, the speed of delivery, combined postage discounts and the description/photo of the item. There's been an increase in the number of people leaving negative or neutral feedback for the wrong reasons and without making any attempt to contact me. Jewellery wholesalers are easy targets for scammers and rival smaller sellers who like to sabotage feedback. My policy is to block anyone who leaves inaccurate, undeserved feedback and report the suspect behaviour to eBay. These are often buyers dissatisfied with their 99 cent bargain, late payers bitter over Unpaid Item Disputes, new eBayers who don't read an item description fully or smaller rival jewellery sellers trying to discredit larger reputable sellers. Ebay is aware of this growing number of problem eBayers, is taking complaints seriously and suspending offending account holders.
