Payment

Methods of payment accepted include Paypal, Paymate and Bank deposit, cheques, money orders and correct cash on pick up. We prefer Paypal as postage can be undertaken on our next postage day. Payment must be received within 7 days from end of auction otherwise the item will be re-listed and negative feedback will be left. PLEASE LEAVE USERNAME OR POSTCODE ONLY WHEN MAKING BANK DEPOSITS in order to identify your payment, otherwise delays in postage will occur due to processing your payment.

Shipping

We offer discounts on postage for multiple purchases depending on the weight and size of the items purchase. Shipping charges are variable and are listed on the product's page. Let us know upon receiving your items by leaving feedback, only once feedback is received will it be left for the customer. For parcels under 500grams we take no responsibility for items that have been lost in transit as the responsibility leaves our hands once the item has been posted.  If in doubt please request registered/insured post for an extra charge of $2.50.  Parcels over 500 grams are sent via eParcel which is registered and insured.

Delivery

Postage is undertaken on our next postage day for items that have been paid and verified. We post 4 out of 5 business days each week.  Our policy is post items once payment has been received and not before. Extra time should be allowed for bank deposits, cheques and eCheques (Paypal payments withdrawn from your bank) to be cleared and verified. Postage insurance is available on request for an extra cost unless already included - listing will state if included.  Almost all our items are sent via registered post to protect against fraud.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds are for items that arrive DOA or faulty - not for change of mind.  Refunds can only be given once the item has been returned within 7 days of receiving in the original packaging with all the contents and paperwork it arrived with.  The costs involved in the return of the goods is the responsibility of the buyer. The refund amount will be the buy it now price only - not for the postage cost.  The refund will be by the same method paid.  Exchanges must be agreed upon not assumed.

The only way which contact can be made with me the seller is via Ebay messages. My email a/c is checked several times a day and I will do my best to respond to questions ASAP.  I will not contact a potential buyer via email address or phone.  If you want to contact me use Ebay messages or use my details on the contact us page of my website spillarosales.com.au.

Feedback

We don't consider feedback to be compulsory so you won't be asked to leave it.  Feedback is reciprocal though.  We have our feedback on automatic, meaning that when feedback is received the system leaves feedback in return.  Please don't ask us to leave feedback first as it isn't going to happen, we don't touch the feedback system anymore - it's on automatic.
