Our preferred payment option is cash on pickup for local customers & Direct Deposit for outside customer.
Pickups are welcome from Casula (2170). This is a western suburb of Sydney & is near Liverpool. We can also arrange pickup from Alexandria (2015) but only for small items & by special arrangement.
For outside customers, items are sent through Austrlia Post. We pack all objects with the utmost care but we cannot and will not be held responsible for any losses or damage in transit. If you are concerned registration & insurance is available at extra cost and claims can be made with Australia Post. You can also arrange your own courier to pick up the item.
Note: Our postage charges include packing & handling and are for Capital cities & Metro area only. If you are based in Tasmania or in the bush, pls provide your postcode for a quote.
1/ Please read the description properly.
2/ Contact must be made within 01 days of winning the auction and payment within 3 days unless other arrangements are made.
3/ Pick-ups have to be done within 07 days of close of auction as we have limited storage space.
4/ Item will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full. We will post the item within 1-2 day of receiving payment in our bank account (usually the same day).
5/ We are happy to hold you shipment, if you want to bid on another item & want us to club shipping. We provide 50% discount on shipping cost of second item (item with lowest shipping cost).
6/ We always try to list the items as accurately as possible but inspection is highly recommended, specifically for used items as all used items are sold on "AS IS" basis.
7/ New & Ex demo items comes with 01 week back to base warranty. Price of the item will be refunded in full if the item is faulty or varies from the description. Postage/handling is not refundable !!
8/ Registered post & insurance is highly recommended. We are not responsible for any loss, stolen, or damage during delivery. Unless customer bought the insurance.
9/ If you have any questions, just ask. We try to accomodate all special needs but we won't know if you don't ask.
10/ Serious bidders only. Pls do not bid if you don't want to purchase or don't agree with the terms of auction. Cancellation fees (25% of purchase price) will apply if you purchase an item but want to cancel the transaction later.
11/ We will refund cost only of the item if it is found that we have misrepresented it in any way but alas NOT if you have misread or changed your mind or the item is broken in transit. The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving in the same box and in the same condition you received it along with a copy of invoice and bank details.
12/ We always give feedback after the item has been paid for, sent and the buyer has left their feedback. This enables us to track the sale. If you have any issue, pls contact us before leaving negative feedback so we can resolve it.
