ARTIST'S STATEMENT Butterflies are considered the jewel of creation and are popular among collectors. They are the symbol of the souls immortality that physical death does not destroy, and in their pleasing, fluttering flight are associated with Eros the god of love. This is a lovely accompaniment to the fresh roses and lace doily setting. This flower and butterfly image is created with virtual models constructed by the artist. The image is presented on high quality artist paper. ORIGINAL ARTIST PRINTS These prints are the artwork's original physical form, NOT reproductions. This art work was created digitally, through sculpting in 3 dimensional space, directly into a computer. The process of creating an art image digitally restricts the physical presentation of the artwork to printed form. So like wood blocks, etchings, screen printing and photography, it is not possible to have any other physical representation. Each print comes with a signed certificate of Authenticity directly from the artist along with a written artist statement about the image that you are purchasing. Printed on high quality 240gm 100% cotton, acid-free, archival, fine art paper. A3 size (29.7 x 42cm = 11.5x16.5inch). She has won numerous international art contests. Her former employment includes Artist-In-Residence and Private Art Tutor for a community center and an Art Teacher for a children's resource unit.
