Up for auction is a wood Mud Puppy lure made by the C. C. Roberts Company of Mosinee, Wisconsin in the color White/Red Head.

Measuring 6-1/4" in body length, it has glass eyes (solid and complete) and the quick-release or pull-away hook assembly which allowed the body to separate from the hook once a fish struck the lure.

This one is in unused condition with just a bit of paint loss on the metal tail (usually most of it is gone!), a chip at the joint on the tail, and a couple of very tiny pointers to the finish.  This is one of the best examples of this lure I've ever seen in this color with a great, shiny finish!

For fishing tackle items, all lures are wrapped individually including hooks with tissue, bagged, and wrapped in bubble wrap unless otherwise noted in the listing. All are shipped in boxes. In cases where the lure is still sealed in original packaging, it will be shipped that way with appropriate packaging and again, all in boxes.
