SHIPPING OUT OF OUR WAREHOUSE:
Typically we will ship your package out of our warehouse between 1-4 business days after we receive your payment. There are a number of factors that can affect the time out of our warehouse such as weekends or holidays. Also Canadian or International Shipments may take longer depending upon the required paperwork needed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES:
Once a package leaves our warehouse there is a 3-7 business day transit time. This time varies greatly depending upon the distance of your location from us and the weight of the package. Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email notification of the shipment, along with all of the pertinent tracking information.
HAWAII, ALASKA, APO’s P.O. Boxes and FPO’s DELIVERIES:

Transit times to Canada are typically between 3-7 days. Transit times vary greatly for other International Shipments but general expectations could be between 6-10 days.
CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES:
Please be advised that the customer is responsible for all duties, fees, & taxes assessed by the recipient Customs Services. We are not able to mark any packages as gifts and invoices will be at the stated purchase value. In most cases we are able to provide Commercial Invoices and Country of Origin Certificates (where required) to assist the recipient in clearing their product.
For customers that make regular and volume purchases, we offer a “Consolidation” program to reduce shipping costs. Please contact Customer Service for additional details.
SHIPPING METHODS:
Fed Ex Smart Post: This method is used for almost all Domestic 48 States for packages UNDER three pounds. This combines Fed Ex Service while utilizing the US Postal service for the “last leg” of the delivery. This method is has door to door tracking and delivery confirmation.
Fed Ex Home Delivery: This method is used for almost all Domestic 48 States for packages OVER three pounds. This is purely a Fed Ex Service. This method is has door to door tracking and delivery confirmation.
USPS Priority Shipping Service: This method is typically used for Canadian and International Shipments. In all but a few countries we can provide tracking and delivery confirmation. We also ship to Hawaii, Alsska, APO’s P.O. Boxes and FPO’s via USPS.
Other Methods: If you have a request that we use a carrier not mentioned above to deliver your shipment we will do our best to assist. Or if you need expedited delivery service please contact our Customer Service department. In some cases we may need to assess additional charges to complete your request.

We accept all returns with a Return Authorizations numbers. Return Authorizations can be obtained by contacting Customer service.
There is a $2.00 Restocking Fee per item if you are returning the item because of fit or dislike. We do NOT reimburse the original shipping and handling that was charged. The customer will be responsible for the cost for return shipping.
Original and return shipping cost will be reimbursed on all items due to: wrong item, color, or size, (other than what you purchased) un-described major flaws.
Return items will be replaced. If a replacement isn’t available we will give you a credit, or return your payment.
Understand our Product Types
Some products we sell are Catalogue Returns. If the item is not indicated as NEW,(NWOT or NWT) assume it is a Catalogue Return. If there is a notable fault on an item, we strive to indicate the nature of the fault in the product listing. There are inherent issues with these types of products. They have been shipped several times. They may have been handled by previous customers. There may be minor make-up marks or very small snags or runs. We will do our best to represent them but we may not catch all issues. As a buyer you need to understand this type of product and be willing to accept some risk in the product. As a seller we have multiple tiered review system and we operate with the “Golden Rule” principal. We want to treat you as we would want to be treated. However, the nature of the product and of selling on eBay makes it impossible to identify all issues. The low cost selling points of many of these products reflects the risk level involved with buying and selling it!
We also sell NEW or First Quality Items. {New Without Tags (NWOT) and New With Tags (NWT).} On eBay, an item that has NWOT or NWT in the items specific tab is First Quality. There should be no flaws associated with this product.
Return Authorization
IN ALL CASES, no matter the reason, you must contact us in advance for RETURN AUTHORIZATION #(RA). The required return method will be discussed on a case by case basis during the Return Authorization process. In cases of our error, we will pay for return shipping. Returned items without a proper Return Authorization will not be accepted. You have seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to obtain an RA.

The majority of our products are from the “World’s Most Famous Lingerie and Sportswear Catalogue” (WMFLSC)! So famous we can’t say the name, but you know who we are talking about. We also offer great products found in high end Department Stores. The products we offer were previously available for sale in a catalogue or retail environment but where never sold. Some may possess one or more price tags and/or stickers, indicating multiple mark-downs. All of our items come directly from actual manufacturers and retailers warehouses. So you can rest assured that all of our products are 100% Authentic. Due to the nature of the items some of them can show signs of handling. Examples may be seam separation, surface dirt/makeup that will come out when washed or dry cleaned, loose threads, beads, embroidery, tassels, and very small snags or runs are some of the types of conditions you may find. We try to mention such flaws in the listing, but we do not see them all. We will not accept returns for those minor flaws. However, if an item has a major flaw, it will be noted clearly in the description. If we do not mention (New With Tags) NWT or (New Without Tags) NWOT, you should assume it is a CATALOGUE RETURN and may show these minor signs of wear. Products from the “World’s Most Famous Lingerie and Sportswear Catalogue” generally will not come with price tickets. Since it is typically an item from a catalog operation the items never possess retail price tickets.
The “WMFSLC” sells all kinds of products beyond Bras, Panties, or Lingerie Sleepwear that you do not see in their Mall Stores. (The Store and The Catalogue are actually completely separate divisions of the company!) The Catalogue also carries Shoes, Clothing, Outerwear and Accessories! The “Famous Label” that we can’t mention is used in the Bras, Panties, and Lingerie Sleepwear. On every piece of Bras, Panties, Sleepwear, or Lingerie that famous label sends out of their distribution center, the Identity Label is removed/clipped before it leaves. The care content and size label of pink satin remains in the garment.
In all of the other categories, Sportswear, Shoes and Accessories, etc..
These labels remain intact except that they may be marked and/or snipped. The catalogue does this to stop the return of the items sold as discount.
