JEWELLERY POSTAGE
$9.50 registered post 1st item, $3.00 for any additional item purchased, checked out and posted in same bag. Please request combined postage in checkout and the system will either do it automatically for you or i will make sure it is done.
· Registered Post is required to provide you insurance and provide us with proof of delivery.
You must sign for parcel on day of delivery, if you are not at home a Aust Post RED card will be left for you advising you of location of Post Office where parcel is available for your collection. They won't attempt to deliver it again to your house you MUST collect it yourself.
· You will receive 3 notices to collect. If you chose not to collect parcel it will be returned to our mailing address. I won't be responsible for providing a refund or replacement if you chose not to collect parcel from Aust Post.
· Registered post provides up to $100 to cover loss or damage throu postage claimable by customer from Australia Post. This insurance only covers the sale price of artilce and does not include cost of postage.
· You may request express postage if it is urgent but I wont take responsiblity if Aust post looses your parcel nor replace items at my expense.
· Austraila Post provided FULL tracking information. If you have not received parcel with in a responable time and are concerned PHONE Aust Post 13 13 18 quote your tracking number and they will provide full details of article location.
· We are prepared to help at all stages of purchase to keep you satisfied and prefer you talk to us to resolve any problems, but please be aware that once I post the parcel it is up to Australia Post to deliver it. It is out of our control as to the time and method they use to deliver it to you.

· I will email to you thou the Ebay system the day I post and your tracking Registered Postal number for YOUR records if you wish to track an article.
No refunds accepted at this stage due to change of mind / you havn't read decription correctly /you havent collect parcel from Aust Post Office and it is returned to us.
All items are clearly decribed and photographed.
· If item is faulty or wrong item mailed it is to be returned and correct item will be sent at our expense.
· Once auction is over sale is considered binding if you dont pay with in the 7 days a unpaid reminder will be sent thou Ebay system
If not paid for in 14 days a unpaid mark will be left by Ebay on your account this may effect your ability to purchase from other sellers.
Please notify us if you forsee a delay in payment to prevent this process. This process allows us to recover the charges for the sale from ebay and allow us to relist item for sale.
