  "FRANGIPANI MAKING KIT" (PINK / YELLOW) 
FOR
 CAKE DECORATING 
MAKE YOUR OWN CUPCAKE TOPPERS LIKE THE ONES PICTURED ABOVE!!
 
APPROX 4cm
This mould can also be used for chocolate
 
Please note there are no "leaves" in the mould..these have been added after the frangipani has been made by just cutting some leaves out of green flower paste and sticking to the bottom of the flower with gum glue or royal icing.
 
MOULD MADE  FROM FOOD SAFE SILICONE
 
KIT INCLUDES:
1 x 500g Packet of Instant Mix Modelling paste powder
1 x Small Frangipani Mould ..Silicone approx 4cm
1 x 250g Packet of Ready to Roll Icing
1 x Yellow Petal Dust
1 x Pink Petal Dust
 
Modelling paste will dry very hard but ready to roll icing stays softer so a mix of the two icings gives a nice consistency for use with the mould.
 
Mix 1 cup of Modelling paste with water as per instructions on packet, if possible leave wrapped in cling wrap for a few hours then mix together with the ready to roll icing, knead well.
Follow instructions included with the mould and dust with petal dust.
 
There is approx 3 cups of Modelling paste in the bag so you will have some powder left over for  future use.
