Payment Terms We require that all items be paid for within 7 days of the end of the auction. If you are bidding on multiple items and need more than 7 days to complete payment, please be sure to contact us. If an item remains unpaid for 14 days, we will begin the Unpaid Item process with eBay to recoup our eBay fees and will, ultimately, release the product back into our inventory for re-sale.

Order Processing We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. All orders received (checkout and payment completed) by 2:00pm EST are shipped the same business day Postage and Handling All goods are professionally packed and we use Australia Post for deliveries. All sales over $150.00 are sent Registered Post We will generally ship anywhere, email for shipping quote on destinations outside Australia. Order Consolidation- Postage for Multiple Items If you are bidding on multiple Oz Golf Shop auction items, we are glad to offer you combined (reduced) shipping charges. Keep us informed please and when you have completed buying email for shipping quote Customer Pickups You are welcome to pickup your order to save on Postage costs, but in cases where your item has already been packed, there will be a packaging fee of $5.00. Condition We take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 2 days of receipt), and we'll do our best to make you happy. Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order to receive full credit. Items purchased in new or like new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable. Condition Ratings Please Note: Demonstration Clubs, or 'Demos' are the pick of the clubs that come off the production line. Manufacturers make certain that only the very best clubs made, go on display, and for this reason, we purchase a lot of Ex-Demo clubs from the biggest dealers in the USA and have added two Ratings for them. 10 Brand spanking new As New - A new club, generally a demo that's never been used, but has had plastic removed, or a club that we are not permitted to sell as new. Very Lightly Used Ex-Demo - Ex-Demo clubs that show virtually no traces of wear. May show signs of very minor "shop wear", but in most cases, they're every bit as good as new. Lightly Used Ex-Demo - A few scuff marks or signs that the club has hit a few balls, slightly inferior cosmetically to the rating above, but otherwise as good as the day it was made. 8 Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in great shape and has been well maintained. You may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes, but unless otherwise noted, there are no pop-up marks or chips in the crown of any woods. 7 Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. Minor cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. 6 Shows frequent to heavy use but does not show any signs of abuse. Cosmetic blemishes are clearly visible and may include: pop-up marks, heavy scuffing and scratching, paint chipping, heavy finish wear, shaft burn and pitting, natural dings/nicking/gouges, etc. Ideal for those who are less concerned with cosmetics and are looking for great value and performance!
