· Unpaid item case will be closed 7 days after receiving unpaid item reminder with no response from you explaining the situation. You will also receive a unpaid item strike from eBay

· We post our items via Austraila Post and occasionally use a courier service for larger items
· Multible items won will be combined for the cheapest price possible
· Items will be shipped 4 days a week (except for weekends and Wednesdays)
· Your order will be shipped on the same day of payment confirmation or otherwise the next day (depends on the time and day the payment is cleared)
· Delivery time varies as different items shiped from different locations, please refer to a particular item for details or email us for more information
· We endeavor to package items carefully to ensure they are not damaged in the post - packaging costs are included in the postage cost
· Registered Post Option ensures your shipment to your door and $100 value insurance cover - please use this option as we can't be held responsible for items lost ,stolen or damaged in the post
· Delivery delay may caused by 1) incomplete/incorrect postal address provided on eBay 2) Item being held in your local POST Office without a note being sent to your letterbox

After Sales Service & Return Warranty Policy
· We offer a 7 - 30 day replacement/refund warranty for defective items from the date you receive your order (not from the date we post out your order)
· All faulty items need to be reported via email or phone within the warranty return period and pre-approved before sending it back to us
· We will refund your postage costs for sending the item back if faulty
· All returned items will be thoroughly tested
· If the item is tested to be not faulty, it will be sent back at customer’s expense and no reimbursement will be offered
· We record the condition and serial number of each product we sell. Items that are claimed to be faulty and, when returned, different from the condition we sent, will be simply returned to you

Q: Do you have a local retail store in Brisbane and where is it located?
A: Yes. Morayfield Cash Converters - Located in the Northern end of the Morayfield Shopping Centre, Morayfield Rd, Morayfield (opposite the entrance to Big W). We are currently selling selected items on eBay to a much wider group of people other than the customers that come through our shop. We have been in operation for over 15 years, so rest assured that we are a licenced pawnbroker and not a private seller or a company in China ect and you will get what you paid for and get superb speedy customer service.
Q: I am confused with your item’s condition rating?
A: We carefully describe the condition of the items we sell because we know it is important that you know excatly what you are buying. We also provide picture/s of the actual sale item. If you are still unsure about what you are buying, please email us and we will send you more photos upon request.
Q: Do you only accept Paypal for payment?
A: Paypal is a safe and easy way to pay your item online. However, alternatives are available upon request (see payment instructions above).
Q: Is pick-up Available?
A: Pick-up is available from our store in Morayfield.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: We use Australian POST for delivering most of our products. Domestic delivery will only take 2-7 business days for regular and registered service depends on the state you are in. (Express post will be faster and takes 1-3 business days).
Q: What are the benefits of using registered service and additional insurance compared to regular service?
A: Registered service guarantees your shipment or your money back. It is a traceable service provided by Australian POST and covers for up to $100 value. If an item is lost in post, you can claim the value of the item for up to $100. Additional insurance is also available for the item valued over $100.
Q: Do you combine postage if I buy multiple items in one transaction?
A: Yes. Here are the rules. You will need to pay the full postage price for the first item (regular, registered or express). Then if we can combine the package at similar weight we will post multiple items with your first item for the same cost (some items combined may include a higher postage cost).

Q: What can I do if my order does not show up within normal delivery time described in your auction?
A: First contact your local POST office as they may forget to leave a note in your mailbox that reminds you to pick-up the parcel. Contact us if you don’t get anything from them. But remember if you haven't paid for registered post we and Aust Post cannot track the item to see where it is (we do keep a record of all items posted)
Q: What’s the address I need to send back the item if it’s defective?
A: All defective items need to be sent back to us for testing. The address can be found on the back of the original packaging when you receive the parcel. If you have misplaced it, please email us and we will resend it to you.
Q: Do I need to pay for the return postage if an item is defective?
A: We will pay for the return postage for sending defective items back to us if you comply with our step by step return policy. We will credit it to you after the item is returned to us and we test the item and if you meet the requirements. So please contact us before taking further action if you suspect that the item you have received is defective.
