CAMPER TRAILER WITH HUGE ANNEXE - SLEEPS 10 - CG 8373

A great size Camper Trailer (2.54m x 2m) with trailer brakes that can be easily towed by a 4 cyl vehicle. 2 quite comfortable double beds with flys pull out the ends of the van. Excellent 2 way fridge and Gas stove, inside pump sink with water tank under van. Huge 5m x 3m canvas annexe. We had the upholstery redone about 5 years ago. We have slept 12 in the van and annexe at a pinch. Everything works and the annexe is really waterproof although a couple of the seams should be restiched. We bought it in the condition it is now some 10 years ago and have garaged it when not in use for this time (the previous owners must have done so also as for a 30 year old van (the annexe is only 10 years old) it is in great nick apart from the chips and scratches you can see on the benches). I bought it because after 6 years in tents I refused to sleep in a wet bed again. We have never had water in and although it may be getting on in years it will continue to be a great, cheap and DRY holiday experience for a family. 

The van is garaged at Kiama and can be picked up from there or I can tow it to Sydney (Punchbowl) where it can be picked up, your choice. Payment method is COD on pick up.

Please note: My wife said it sounds misleading to say sleeps 10. The van sleeps 5 and the annexe fits 5 stretchers.

Please note that the van is NOT currently registered and will need a pink slip which should not be an issue
