Shipping

We aim to Process/Dispatch/Deliver your item within 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS after cleared funds (weekends excluded). Please allow the full 10 BUSINES DAYS before reporting item as late. The first business day starts the day AFTER you have made cleared payment.

For your convenience your item can be tracked via UPS-Worldwide Express via their tracking service to keep you informed of your delivery. We will give you a tracking number as soon a few days before your item arrives.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
We cannot be held responsible for loss theft or damage unless the item is insured. Insurance is optional but HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED and is AU$10 per shipment.

Import Tax Fee
Please be aware that you are responsible for the import of this item - by buying internationally you are considered the importer we will try to assist in the event of any customs matter. If import duty/tax/fee is due it is your responsibility to meet that expense. If Customs decides to charge tax and duty GST/VAT and a clearance fee is the only possible charge and it will be calculated based on the price of the order.

SHIPPING DELAYS
We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs inspections or adverse weather conditions . Our shipping time is for a normal delivery and any hold ups once shipped are outside of our control - please remember this when leaving feedback.

If your item is out of stock we will give you the option to wait for it to become available or cancel and refund your order.

BANK DEPOSIT preferred or PAYPAL

You must have a verified PAYPAL address and we DO NOT ship to P O Boxes.

COLOUR - If you would like to specify the colour of your item please do this on your PAYPAL Payment or Email us if you pay by bank deposit. If you do not specify colour we will send a colour of our choosing. Sometimes colours can go out of stock - in which case we will inform you and give you the choice of another colour or a refund.

Warranty

All new products brought from I-Digital are genuine and authentic and are warranted by either the manufacturer's international warranty or covered by an I-digital 1 year warranty.

Your warranty is subject to proof of purchase so please keep your receipt as proof of purchase for warranty purposes. If the product comes with an international warranty card you can send directly to the manufacturer/distributor's nearest service centre for service.

If your product does not have an international warranty card I-Digital will repair or replace for defects in manufacturing only.

Products not covered by an International Warranty are covered by I-digital International 1 Year Warranty - you should contact I-digital Customer Service Department and we will direct you to where to send your item - this will vary depending on your location but we will try to have fixed in an area nearest to you to save on postage costs.

This warranty is only for original buyer and cannot be transferred to a third party.

Terms & Conditions

Items may returned for full refund within 7 days as long as items are in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging. We will not cover any postage costs for returned products unless the product suffers from manufacture defect on delivery in which case we will refund postage and replace the item.

Returns for exchange are permitted if merchandise is defective - but MUST be returned within 7 days. If you need to return item contact us first by email within 48 hours of receipt of item from courier and we will give you an 'RMA' number (Return Merchandise Authorisation) and advise you of where to send goods to.:

Item must be returned in new condition with ALL original packaging and contents including manuals and shipped at Buyers expense via a traceable source and securely packaged. DOA (Dead on Arrival) implies that the product either cannot be turned on or be ready in use after taking out of the box. Buyer must report this situation to us within 48 hours of receipt. If the item is not tested or examined by the buyer within the first 48 hours after the goods are received the DOA returned policy would not be valid. The 48 hours period starts from the time recorded as "delivered" in the courier service's tracking system. We will replace or repair a DOA item.
