In general, we ship worldwide (including Europe, North & South Americas, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, major cities in China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand). However, please note that we DO NOT ship to some post-Soviet nations, a few countries in Asia and most countries in Africa. To check if we ship to your country, please email us before making purchases. We will not ship to a country where delivery of postal mail is very unreliable.

NOTE: International shipments may be subject to import duties and/or taxes in many countries. Please note that we the seller are not responsible for any customs related fees that buyers may incur. We are experienced in shipping items worldwide and we will definitely look out for your best interests. Suggestions for shipping and handling are always welcome.

French customers or orders shipped to France please pay attention to the following three points about shipping:

(1) As the postal service in France has become very unreliable, we no longer ship orders to France with registered airmail or EMS when an order exceeds 100 U.S. dollars or 70 euros (either single item or multiple items).

(2) From May 23, 2009 onwards, if your order shipped to France exceeds 100 U.S. dollars or 70 euros (either single item or multiple items), your order to France must be shipped with FedEx and our free shipping offer stated in this eBay listing will not be applicable to your order.

(3) Please note that your order shipped to France exceeding 100 U.S. dollars or 70 euros will be charged additional fees for using FedEx. Please contact us for shipping cost quotation before making any purchase. We will let you know how much you have to pay for using FedEx.

Payment Methods

(a) Orders shipped to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, payment must be made from buyer's Verified PayPal account and buyer's shipping address must be PayPal-confirmed (shipping address same as billing address).
(b) Orders shipped to countries other than the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, payment must be made from buyer's Verified PayPal account but buyer's shipping address does not need to be PayPal-confirmed.
(c) Buyers must follow either rule (a) or rule (b). Please be advised that there are no exceptions to the rules.

Buyers can make payment via Moneybookers. Please note that we do not accept Moneybookers escrow service. Buyers must make instant payment. Making a Purchase

Please note that your order will not be processed until your payment is received and cleared. This process may take several days depending on the payment option you have chosen. For security, our payment clearance system has a number of built-in precautions against fraudulent use of stolen or 'borrowed' accounts.

You can help us clear payment quickly by having delivery to your billing address and providing telephone number for the delivery address. If delivery is not to your billing address, we will carry out additional security checks before we dispatch your order, this may delay delivery time.

Delivery of Goods

Subject to approval of your payment, orders received by 1:00pm HKT on Monday thru Thursday will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. Orders received by 1:00pm HKT on Friday will normally be dispatched by next Monday. Orders received by 5:00pm HKT on Saturday will normally be dispatched by next Tuesday. And orders received by 5:00pm HKT on Sunday will normally be dispatched by next Wednesday.

Public holidays will increase delivery time however we will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated. Delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates specified for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

To transport goods safely and securely couriers will deliver most products. Some smaller orders may be sent via registered airmail and will be recorded for proof of delivery. As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims

If goods arrive in a damaged condition, you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 3 days from delivery. It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 3 days from delivery. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 3 days from delivery. If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and we will charge you a handling fee of 10% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage.

Returns Policy

Foto Aglow has a seven-day money back guarantee (excluding carriage charges and handling fee of 10% of the price of the goods). Goods must be returned to us in their original unopened condition within seven days of delivery and we will refund your money (excluding carriage charges and handling fee of 10% of the price of the goods) or exchange the product (additional carriage charges and handling fee of 10% of the price of the goods will be charged).

All returns must have prior approval from Foto Aglow which can be obtained by contacting our Returns Department who will provide authorised returns with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Any items returned without such authorisation may be returned to the sender with a handling fee of 10% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to you.

Please note that we will not refund or exchange the item if the goods have been used. Goods accepted must be returned in their original packaging and neither the goods nor the packaging must be marked in any way. You must return the goods at your own cost and it is recommended that you obtain insurance and select a delivery method where you can obtain proof of delivery to Foto Aglow.
