print) with default settings in Windows XP driver and printing
on Plain Paper (A4-ISO/IEC 24712). The figure above is an average
value, measured when printing continuously using the ink immediately
after it is unsealed, until the ink is out. Ink yield may vary
depending on photos/documents printed, applications software used,
print mode and type of paper used. This should be used as a guide
only and does not take into account ink that might be used for
head cleaning or head refreshing to maintain printer performance:

have been in business since 2002. Our holding company, Ditchlawn
Pty Ltd, is registered for GST and a Australian Tax Invoice

Delivery

Item
will be shipped to you from our Brisbane office via Australia
Post or TNT.
Delivery times vary greatly over Australia so it is not possible
to be specific. When we dispatch your item we will email you
with all the details.
Items found damaged on delivery from TNT need to be noted on
the delivery docket when received otherwise no claim is possible.
Damage to items delivered by Australia Post needs to be immediatly
notified to Australia Post, as the receiver needs to make the
claim.
The Shipping & Handling fee includes packing, warehouse
and distribution costs and will not reflect what is shown on
the parcel.
Our normal handling time from payment is 3 business days. Internet
bank transfers processed before 3.00pm are normally available
for sending the next business day. Most items are in stock most
of the time, occassionally we do run out due to unforseen circumstances,
please understand if there is a short delay in posting.
We recommend all items be insured, items sent uninsured or via
Express Post are sent at your risk, we will help trace any parcel
lost however no replacement can be sent until insurance has
be finalised

- Defective items (DOA) will be exchanged within 10 days of dispatch
from our office. All items are covered by manufacturers warranty
and this varies from item to item. Shipping costs back to us are
the buyer's responsibility. No items can be returned without a Return
Authority.
