Delivery times vary greatly over Australia so it is not possible to be specific. When we dispatch your item we will email you with all the details.
Items found damaged on delivery from TNT need to be noted on the delivery docket when received otherwise no claim is possible. Damage to items delivered by Australia Post needs to be immediatly notified to Australia Post, as the receiver needs to make the claim.
The Shipping & Handling fee includes packing, warehouse and distribution costs and will not reflect what is shown on the parcel.
Our normal handling time from payment is 3 business days. Internet bank transfers processed before 3.00pm are normally available for sending the next business day. Most items are in stock most of the time, occassionally we do run out due to unforseen circumstances, please understand if there is a short delay in posting.
We recommend all items be insured, items sent uninsured or via Express Post are sent at your risk, we will help trace any parcel lost however no replacement can be sent until insurance has be finalised
We are happy to combine postage on multiple purchases if purchased and paid for at the same time as one payment
