Delivery
Delivery times vary greatly over Australia so it is not possible to be specific. When we dispatch your item we will email you with all the details.
Items found damaged on delivery from TNT need to be noted on the delivery docket when received otherwise no claim is possible. Damage to items delivered by Australia Post needs to be immediatly notified to Australia Post, as the receiver needs to make the claim.
The Shipping & Handling fee includes packing, warehouse and distribution costs and will not reflect what is shown on the parcel.
Our normal handling time from payment is 3 business days. Internet bank transfers processed before 3.00pm are normally available for sending the next business day. Most items are in stock most of the time, occassionally we do run out due to unforseen circumstances, please understand if there is a short delay in posting.
We recommend all items be insured, items sent uninsured or via Express Post are sent at your risk, we will help trace any parcel lost however no replacement can be sent until insurance has be finalised

- Defective items (DOA) will be exchanged within 10 days of dispatch from our office. All items are covered by manufacturers warrant only and this varies from item to item, all items will be returned to the manufacturer for warranty and, unless the item is DOA, no change over warranty is available. Shipping costs back to us are the buyer's responsibility. No items can be returned without a Return Authority available from us on request.
- If the replacement is not available, a refund of the purchase price will be issued via Bank Transfer only. Postage or TNT costs, insurance and handling charges are not refundable.
