Advantage III Software
The Advantage III software is designed for dealers and tuning workshops, and provides total flexibility to produce custom programs on a laptop or PC. Programs can be loaded into the Ford Flash 2 by the dealer. The Advantage III software is windows based, and has a help screen giving the user information on all tuning parameters. Advantage software takes the guess work out of custom tuning.
Built In Data Logging
The Ford Flash 2 features built in live high speed data logging, enabling you to log all of your vehicles PCM parameters and view them on your Windows based computer using the SCT Live Link software. The Live Link software package is available FREE for all Ford Flash 2 customers via the downloads section of the SCT website.
General Notes
- Once the Ford Flash 2 has been used to program a vehicle, it will be VIN locked to that particular vehicle until the vehicle has been returned to the factory program.
- The Ford Flash 2 can store up to 3 custom programs at any one time.
- The Ford Flash 2 can be used to upload tunes to and from your vehicle as many times as you like.
- The Ford Flash 2 can be changed over to a new vehicle, it must be cleared using software available from CAPA. This process can only be performed 5 times, after that it must be returned to SCT in the USA for reset.
- Software will be available upon request to download the original program from vehicle processor if code has not already been made public.

Installation Instructions
The Flash Tuner is so easy to use, a few simple steps is all it takes to load a new program into a vehicle.
1. Plug the flash tuner into the diagnostics port of your car (under the fuse panel).
2. With the key off, use the â??SELECTâ?? button to choose the program you wish to install into the car (Factory, 1, 2 or 3).
3. With the LED lit up on the program you wish to install, hold the program button for 3 seconds. The LEDs will flash on and off. This will time out after 30 seconds.
4. While the LEDs are flashing, turn the ignition to on (dash lights illuminate) but do not start the vehicle. The flash tuner will now download your factory program and upload the new program.
5. Once the lights stop flashing, the programming is done. Turn the key to the off position and remove the OBD-II connector. Turn the key to on and verify that the car starts.

We will supply the CAPA flash box containing 3 off-the-shelf performance tunes, we will need your vehicles PCM details to ensure that the flash tunes supplied are right for your vehicle type.
We are also able to offer custom tuning services, we've attended the Nizpro flash tuning workshop and have extensive experience in engine management tuning.
All tuning is performed in our state-of-the-art workshop facilities using a knock sensor, Dyno Dynamics chassis dyno, and wide-band air-fuel ratio sensor. Our tuner is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with over 10 years of EFI tuning experience.
