PAYMENT

• Payment or arrangements for payment need to be made within 72 hrs from the end of the auction or purchase. If we have not heard from you within this time the transaction will be subject to cancellation. After 7 days of non-payment the transaction will be reported as unpaid and the item will be re-listed. Not paying for an item on Ebay could result into an indefinite suspension to your Ebay account.

SHIPPING

• Expect for your order to arrive in 2-5 mail days if you live in the Continental US. Allow 10 - 30 days for International Shipping. Most items are shipped USPS. Tracking # will be provided upon request.
• Express Mail is available upon request.
• WE WILL COMBINE YOUR SHIPPING. If you order several different items we will combine your shipping costs. Email us for a shipping quote.

RETURNS

• NO RETURNS on Auctioned Items.We stand by the products we sell. We make every effort to describe each item honestly, and accurately. We offer a 7 day return policy. If your item has a defect not mentioned in the description we will offer a full refund or exchange. Returns for other reasons will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
• Communication for returns MUST be made within 3 days from receiving your order. No returns accepted without prior arrangements being made.
• All returns MUST be in the original condition with all the original parts, accessories, and packaging.
• Refunds will not be given to items that have been abused, altered, or misused. Such items will be returned to sender.
• NO RETURN on any item which the purchase price is $10.95 or less.
