P44a, dated 1st February 1942, gracdes VF no holes, tears, or any other significant flaws inconsistant with the note's grade..

NOTE TO OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS....all items with a value over $25.00 must be sent registered mail overseas. The fee is $11.50 in addition to the normal S&H fee of $2.25. This fee will appear on your invoice. I am sorry for this extra charge, but Paypal will not take the word of a seller that an item has been sent when a customer opens a claim for non-receipt of merchandise. They must get a tracking number from the seller and this is the cheapest way to do that.
