No rips, tears, piling or lose threads to the fabric . No areas of wear. No sagging in the seats. There seems to be a little fading around one side & seat cover. It is not overly noticeable, especially when placed against a wall. The sofa comes with armrest covers (incl. in the sale), not shown in the picture. They fit the whole armrest snugly to protect the high traffic areas. When removed (as per photo) you can see that the armrests are slightly darker where the covers have been 'protecting'. Photo is a fair depiction, as you can see it looks great!
