TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bookings are subject to availability.
 None of our accommodation can be resold on Ebay.
If anyone is found to be reselling our accommodation on Ebay then the whole booking will be voided/forfeited.
Payment is required in full at time of booking.
Bookings can be made at a later date, but please note all bookings are subject to availability.
Once a booking has been made, the purchase is final.
This accommodation is valid for the following amount of people, this includes children from 2 years onwards.
1 bedroom apts = 2 persons, 1 bedroom plus study apts = 3 persons, 2 bedroom apts = 4 persons, 2 bedroom plus study = 5 persons, 3 bedroom apartments = 6 persons, 3 bedroom penthouses = 6 people, 4 bedroom penthouses = 8 people.

 One Extra person allowed per apartment on existing bedding at a cost of $25 per day, Penthouses can accommodate 2 extra persons at a cost of $25 per person per day. Rollaway beds available at a cost of $40 per stay if existing bedding doesn't suit.

Carparking, if required, can be pre purchased at a cost of $8 per day per car or $15 per day if paying on arrival.

Our office hours are 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday.

CANCELLATIONS
  If cancelled more than 60 days before arrival date, 1 nights accommodation will be forfeited and a 12 month credit voucher for the balance will be issued, this credit can be used on our Accommodation Website only at www.ourholiday.com.au, no cash refunds will be issued.
 If cancelled less than 60 days before arrival date, 100% of the accommodation total will be forfeited.
 It is highly recommended that all guests purchase Travel Insurance in case of an emergency where a cancellation is required.
 Changes to bookings are permitted more than 60 days out from arrival date but are subject to a $50 charge at time of change by Credit Card

Please note that our apartments are privately owned and are not run by the Resort, all bookings for our apartments are handled by ourselves.
