A note to our eBay customers
regarding Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR):
This is probably the most
misunderstood eBay policy; for Buyers and for Sellers!
The detailed seller rating
system is based on a one-star to five-star scale. Five stars is the highest
rating, and one star is the lowest.
We strive to achieve a
5-Star rating in all four areas:
We appreciate your
constructive comments that allow us to better service your shopping experience.
When you’re rating us, please
keep the following in mind:
Review the item title and
description before rating us on the item as described.
Consider only business days
when evaluating communication.
Rate us on the time it took
to mail the item, not the time it took you to receive the item. You shouldn’t
hold us responsible for delays in mail services, international custom delays or
for the time it took for your payment to clear.
When rating us on shipping
and handling charges, we charge actual shipping costs and a
reasonable handling fee to cover our time and direct costs associated with
shipping. For international transactions, you may also be responsible for
additional charges, such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as
requested by country laws.
