The supplier who produces these DVDs DOES NOT use shrinkwrapping for environmental reasons. We guarantee these items are new, but if you only wish to be shrinkwrapped DVDs then please look elsewhere (you will not find these titles sealed in shrinkwrap anywhere, though).

-As stated above, all items are sent promptly within 1-2 working days of payment clearing (by Airmail if international). We are not responsible for the speed of Australia Post or international mail services.

-If you live in North America or Europe, it normally takes between 10-14 days for mail from Australia to arrive.
