ISBN: 9780746037409
This innovative book is brimming with amazing ideas for drawing animals. Easy, step-by-step instructions show you how to draw and paint all kinds of creatures from hairy orangutans to hunting tigers. There are lots of different techniques to try to make your drawings come to life, from drawing on computer, to shading with chalk pastels and painting with watercolours.
What is an Usbome Internet-linked book?
It is a book that contains descriptions of websites specially chosen to help you find out more about a subject. The websites recommended in this book include online drawing lessons, examples of animals by real artists and interactive art activities. There are links to all the recommended sites via the Usborne Quicklinks Website.
Will the websites go out of date?
Websites do change from time to time. The sites described in this book will be reviewed regularly, so you will always be able to find up-to-date links to these or alternative sites.
Free downloadable pictures
A selection of useful templates, pictures and clip art from this book is available for downloading, free of charge.
Must I be online to use this book?
Absolutely not. This book works on its own as an outstanding beginner's guide to drawing animals without using the Internet at all.

This is a fantastic book and although an ex library copy, is in very good condition. It is clean and unmarked throughout apart from two library stamps on the first pages and does show some signs of handling but the overall condition is surprisingly good.
Like all the Usborne Books, It is well written and beautifully presented and any child who loves to draw would learn from it and have hours of enjoyment creating their own pictures.
I try to describe my items as accurately as possible and will gladly provide further information and photos on request.
The simplest way to find the cost of shipping or posting this item if you are overseas or the price is not listed is to contact me. I will weigh the item and calculate the best way of sending it to your specified address. Registered Mail is your choice and the additional cost (currently $2.80 within Australia) will be added to the final payment at your request.
While I am happy to combine postage on multiple purchases, it does depend on their weight and it is sometimes more economical to mail them in separate envelopes. Once calculated you can be assured that I will always get your items to you as cheaply as possible.
I do not charge any handling or packaging fees unless special padded bags or boxes are required to protect the item and I only pass on the actual postal costs that Australia Post charges me.
I post out every day in order to get the item to you as quickly as possible but keep in mind I live in Perth, Western Australia, so the delivery time to the Eastern States may take a day or two for small items and up to a week for a larger parcel.
