This is not a Meat Cleaver which is thick and heavy and are more like an AXE with a rather blunt edge.

This is a light weight (140 gram ) vegetable cleaver (sometimes called Chinese chef's knife) . It is thinner, lighter and has a honed edge like you would find on a "regular" kitchen knife. 

QUALITY, stainless Steel with ground & honed edges to prevent chipping.

Overall length 30 cm  Stiff Blade Length 19 cm….

Blade width 6 cm

Handle: Material Beachwood  Length 11 cm with 2 Stainless Steel rivets for extra strength.
