Welcome to My auction!
This item is a fantastic CINDERELLA brand (made in Australia), aluminium vintage Christmas Plum Pudding steamer. Can also of course be used for other steamed puddings besides Plum ones. I will include a simply fantastic recipe with this for the buyer. This one is in excellent used clean condition. I have filled it with water to measure how much it takes and the WEIGHT of the water not including the weight of the bowl, is 1285gms of water filled almost to the brim. It measures 18cm diameter and 9cm high without lid. This makes a decent sized pudding which I would say would serve approx 8 good serves. I make puddings all year round as my family eat them during the year and these are truly fantastic.
Postage for this anywhere in Australia will be $5.00 plus $2.80 for registration if paying with paypal (see below).
Please read my simple terms below before bidding and if you do not agree to these or have no intention of paying, then do not bid as all non paying buyers will be reported to ebay.
It's really pretty simple: If you choose to pay with paypal, it's compulsory to include the cost of registered post on top of the postage & handling cost of the item. This is NOT my rule, it is a condition of selling and accepting payment via paypal, I have NO choice. So if you would like the cost of postage to be the cheapest possible, pay with bank deposit. If you have never sold on ebay and not received payments through your paypal account, you may not be aware of the hassles it causes sellers. The main issue with it is it's just too hard to get to my money in my paypal account as I have to transfer $250.00 at a time to be able to actually get it in my hands, although, I can transfer less, but they charge even more fees if I do it for less balance, AND it takes up to TWO weeks to transfer to my bank account. Not very user friendly for sellers thats for sure. And I am sure you don't want me to wait two weeks before posting your item? Therefore, when you pay with paypal, I actually have to use my own personal credit card or account to pay postage costs when I post your item, even though you have paid for postage, I can't get at it. This means I pay interest etc on that and try adding in postage of a dozen or so items every week onto your credit card balance. Adds up quickly. I prefer bank deposit as I can use that straight away to pay for the postage when I post stuff. SO PLEASE, if you don't HAVE to use paypal, I would really appreciate it if you use bank deposit instead.
Pick up is OK from the Croydon/Ringwood area and if you pick an item up, cash it the only option.
Once I post your parcel either in the post box or handed over the counter at the Post Office, whether registered or not, please remember that I cannot be responsible for it from that point on. What happens to it whilst in the care of Australia Post is not up to me. Having said that, I have never had a problem yet with anything going astray or not arriving etc. However, even if you have paid with bank deposit if that is how you prefer to pay anyway, the option of adding on registered post is fine and up to you. I would suggest you do if the item is valuable but its your decision.
And finally, if I have described an item incorrectly and it is not as it is supposed to be or for any reason you have an issue with your item, PLEASE contact me and let me at least attempt to sort the issue out. I am human and it is possible to sometimes make an error, but if I do, I will always fix it somehow. I appreciate buyers letting me know that their item has arrived and they are happy with it by leaving good feedback and then I will do the same for them. If you do have an issue with an item and you do not let me know about it, I am not a mind reader and can't fix something I don't know about so contact me.
Check out my other items! as I will always combine postage for you at the best possible rate.
