You are about to buy a pair of chrome swingarm pivot bolt covers. 

These will fit all softail models from 2000-2007. (won't fit the '08 or '09 models)

Die-cast, chromed and securely held in place with set screws to cover those bolts for a cleaner look.  Includes set screws and easy to install.
