If there is a genuine fault with your product, providing you can return the product back to us within 7 days of receipt we will of course arrange to dispatch a replacement product to you. If this is the case providing you can return the product to us within 7 days of receipt and providing the product is in the same ‘brand new’ condition, we will offer you some refund after deducting the cost of fees and postage.
