I purchased this VHS video many years ago..so this VHS is specifically made for Autralian video players.

It is in very good condition..plays well for it's age and is truly a great workout video..

Cindy makes it seem so effortless and yet you do a complete body workout!

It's almost like you are in a state of meditation while doing this workout..so it is extremely relaxing spiritually at the same time

It is hard to come by a video of this calibre in today's market..

I HIGHLY recommend this video to anyone who needs a spiritual workout as well as a physical one :)

As i have backed it up on dvd..i am letting the original VHS go..
