A 1kg tin would be mixed with 4 to 5 litres of Milk when produced for a cafe or business.
First disolve powder with a smaller quantity of milk, then stir in the rest.
Heat until thick like melted chocolate.

For home use one heaped tablespoon to one small cup of warmed milk.
Heat until thick, stirring as you would if you were preparing custard.

 

 

Garnish or add flavour to taste.
