Celtic Collection

A good overview of this underrated Irish folk/new age band's career up to 1991.It covers both their early days playing traditional Irish folk music and their more experimental and eclectic later period, when the family group--the group's core members are the older siblings of Irish chanteuse Enya--combined their folk roots with wafting electronic keyboards and heavily overdubbed, reverbed vocals. "Harry's Game," a surprise hit due to its use in a Volkswagen commercial in the early '90s, is both the pinnacle of this style and the collection's leadoff track. This is a fine introduction.

CD is in very good condition with just some very light marks on the playing surface.

Included credits booklets  &  inlay are in excellent order.

Jewel case is a little scuffed  but otherwise un-damaged.
