• Our cleaning products/agents: We only utilise cleaning products/brands which are well known to the Australian household and will not substitute or compromise on quality by purchasing low quality cleaning/chemical products in bulk. For vacuuming carpet, a Dyson vacuum cleaner is used for delivering maximum vacuuming results.  Lastly, for a small additional fee, we also offer cleaning agents which are chemical free, environmentally friendly, and most of all, does not depreciate or potentially "damage" your beloved furniture in the long run. 100% safe (sensitive/asthma etc) for babies/kids at home.

• Pricing: No hourly rates.  We always quote a one-off agreed fee and will complete our services to a very high standard no matter how long the job might take us.  Furthermore, if for any external reason it's not done right the first time, we will return to complete/redo the job for free.  Feel free to call or email us for a quote; you will always receive a response within 90 minutes.
