Had speaker replace about 2 years ago
I've owned the amp for 7 years, good sound, never had any problems beside having to replace the speaker.
Has two channels with equalizer, both channels work fine, not sure of the age but it is in good cosmetic condition.
Dont know much about the brand i ve tried to research it and i also asked the company that replaced the speaker and they said they dont know of the brand but said its pretty well built.
Cheap amp, would be good as a cheap upgrade for a begginner or the intermediate player. 
Amp must go $100 no reserve
 
This amp is pickup only due to size and weight
