These earrings come with a matching heart. The earrings are 25mm x 25mm and the heart is also 25mm long.  These pieces are not on brass, so they are very lightweight and would put no stress on the earlobe. You could just insert the loops and they would be done or you could add a few beads as the example in the smaller photo.
