"Chocolate Moulds" have a fantastic assortment of coloured chocolate foils to wrap your chocolates in.  The foil is 15 micron in thickness, which makes it a great foil to work with, whereas the thinner foil tends to tear easily.

We also are selling the foil in bulk packs of 1 Kilo (All Mixed Colours) @ $48.00 per kilo, 1 Kilo (1 colour) @ $40.00.

What is your Returns Policy?
Chocolate Moulds products may be returned for up to 7 days from the date received for a full refund of the original purchase price, less shipping and handling. The item purchased with a credit card, we will issue a credit for your purchase within 5 business days of the receipt of returned merchandise. The amount credited to your card will be for merchandise less the cost of shipping and handling.

What is your Exchange Policy?
If your shipment from Chocolate Moulds includes an incorrect item or an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt of goods, and we will replace it at no cost to you. We can only make exchanges for the exact item you ordered; we can not exchange one product for another. You may exchange items directly purchased from us through either our Ebay Shop or via post.

How do I Return something for an Exchange or Refund?
Once we have received and processed the items that you return, to put your mind at ease we will notify you by email confirming your refund or exchange is in process.

If you are returning an item for a refund you can expect to receive your refund within 7 to 14 business days of our receipt of your return. If you paid for your order by credit card we will credit your card promptly . All other refunds will be made via Chocolate Moulds cheque in AUD funds or Paypal or by EFT for International orders.

Returning an incorrect, damaged, or defective item for an exchange, the replacement will be shipped to you at our expense, via the same method you selected when placing your order. Exchanges are processed within 2 - 3 business days. If the replacement item is not in stock, we will issue you a refund for the cost of the item. Should the item be discontinued and no longer available no refund can be given.
