FACE THE MUSIC
This witty and charming romantic comedy centres around a contemporary rock band, who, after losing their steady gig and being dumped by their record label, decide to orchestrate the faux death of their lead singer, "Dan" (Tyler Christopher), he hopes that record sales will catapult through the roof. After all, artists are worth more dead than alive, or are they? When nobody shows up for the funeral and Dan's unsuspecting, hipster girlfriend, "Eden" (Jill Ritchie), begins screwing rival band members, Dan, having been cooped up in his apartment, can take it no longer. Born out of desperation, Dan dresses up in his Grandmother's (Gloria LeRoy) clothes.
Without thinking through the consequences of his actions, he heads out into the world as a woman. Wandering aimlessly through Hollywood, a disguised Dan goes into a local watering hole where he is hit on by numerous men, getting a glimpse as to what it's like to be a woman.
Going on stage for an amateur mic night, the audience is captivated by this lovely young beauty. "Reggie Rein" (Una Damon), a sleazy record company executive emerges from the awestruck crowd and introduces herself, offering "Danielle" a recording deal.
Back at their apartment, Dan and his drummer accomplice "Steve" (Patrick Y. Malone) celebrate their new opportunity. They are invited to attend a record label party at "Puzzles Levy's" (Harry Van Gorkum) mansion. They have finally arrived! Things don't go as planned when Danielle befriends "Claire" (Elena Lyons), a journalist for a music magazine who is doing a story on the now deceased singer/songwriter. Dan/Danielle is completely taken by Claire. It's love at first sight. They become best girl friends, spending a great deal of time together.
The situation spins out of control when Dan decides he can't go on with the charade and reveals his true identity to a packed house of fans, professing his love for Claire. Through his journey, Dan grows to understand what is truly important to him.

TATTLE TALE
Bernard Sprat (C. Thomas Howell) is a struggling actor about to make his big break - he's been cast in a cereal commercial as "Sir Strawberry". Just as the cameras are about to roll, the producer rushes on set and fires Bernard. The producer, it is revealed, has just read "Victim Of Love", the new kiss-and-tell book by Laura Pavot (Ally Sheedy). Laura, Bernard's ex-wife and more recently mistress of the now deceased Hubert De Varenne, a famous French politician, falsely accuses both men of beating her.
As a result of the book, an immediate bestseller, Bernard is unable to find work and must endure harassment by strangers calling him a 'pervert' and 'wife beater'. He appeals to Laura for some compassion, to publicly retract her allegations of marital abuse. However Laura is about to become a media star, and she's not about to give it up for anyone, especially Bernard.
