Witt comic card, one of a series of ten called "Let Lizzie Do it".  This depicts a farmers wife with the Ford hooked up to run a dish washer, washing machine churn and cradel, her husband is saying "Give her more gas, Samanthy, I want th' Ford to cultivate that back "forty" this morning".

It has a few creases and corner wear.  It was posted from San Mateo Cal. in Sept.1917 and has a 1c stamp.  Quite a hard to find series.
