The OpenOffice3.1 Suite is a free alternative to Microsoft Office. It is completely compatiable with Microsoft Office documents, and includes a word processor, presentation tool, and spreadsheet application, as well as a few other useful programs.

By using OpenOffice on our computers instead of Microsoft Office, we can greatly reduce our costs (A license just to install Office legally costs over $100 per computer!).

We do however offer Microsoft Works 9.0 as an upgrade with all systems. Microsoft Works is an office suite that includes Microsoft Word, as well as a host of other helpful applications. Please see the 'Software' section above for more information about Works.

If we are unable to repair the item and a replacement is not available, we will refund the full cost of your purchase, including postage costs. The 30 day warranty does not include accidental damage (ie. coffee spills etc), or software issues (forgotten passwords, viruses etc).
