The total amount owing will be displayed and payment can be made via the checkout. We will ship all goods to the address provided in the Checkout.
You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay shop. You have 7 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to Checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout!

Cheques & Money Orders

Delivery
All parcels under 22kg and/or shorter than 1 meter will be shipped using Australia Post registered mail. Insurance is mandatory and included in postage costs.
All parcels above 22kg and/or longer than 1 meter will be sent using a courier company of our choice. These parcels cannot be sent to a PO Box address.
Goods are shipped once payment is received in full.
If you are unable to unload the goods at your end due to their size, please request a tailgate truck at an extra cost of $85.
We strongly advise all customers that they provide a mobile contact number for couriers to call and provide a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the goods during business hours. All courier companies will attempt delivery of your goods once. If no one is home when delivery is being attempted, a note will be left in you letter box. Best Buys Online is not responsible for second deliveries. All second deliveries need to be directly organised with the courier company and paid for before goods are delivered.
As Best Buys Online has no control over goods once they depart our premises we cannot accept liability for losses or damage during delivery.
Once the item has left the premises we are unable to provide exact delivery date or times. However all tracking details are forwarded via email upon dispatch and customers are welcome to contact the relevant freight company, or we are happy to attend to any queries you may have.
A signature is required for all deliveries.
Combined Postage
A 50% discount is offered off the postage cost of any additional items purchased within several days of the initial purchase. In order to benefit from combined shipping, please make payment for the combined purchase at the same time. Ensure to reference your payment with your username or one of the item numbers.
Conditions
1. The combined package cannot exceed 22kg in weight and/or 1 meter in length as this offer only applies to items being posted via Australia Post.
2. Full postage will be charged for the item with the highest shipping cost. The discount will then apply to the items with the lesser shipping cost.
3. Please finalise final purchases within 5 days of the initial purchase to be eligible for the combined postage discount.
Larger items to be shipped by transport companies cannot be combined or discounted as these items are charged on a cubic volume and weight basis.
Can I pick-up the item!
Best Buys Online is now happy to offer pick-up from our Dandenong warehouse. We are open for pick-up from 9.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Please feel free to contact us for our details. The address can also be found on the checkout email.
We do require payment to be processed prior to pick-up.

Warranty & Returns
Warranty terms and conditions are clearly marked on all listings. Terms are located below. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as once you have placed a bid on an item you have agreed to be bound by the warranty period and specifications.
Warranty Periods
Best Buys Online offers the following warranty on product (unless otherwise specified).
1. Recreational Vehicles - 3 months spare parts only warranty.
2. Electrical, Petrol and Air Tools - 3 months spare parts only warranty.
3. Consumables - no warranty on consumables eg, air fittings, diamond blades, etc
All warranty terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the full Terms & Conditions of sale in addition to the assembly and maintenance conditions below. Warranty claims may be rejected if the cause of the failure was incorrect assembly and or improper maintenance. Spare Parts Only Warranty, due to the distance from many of our customers and the nearest repair agents Best Buys Online can only offer a 3 month spare parts warranty. It is the customers responsibility at its own cost to have any faulty items evaluated by a competent person and notify Best Buys Online which parts are required to complete the repair. Parts will be supplied at no charge once faulty parts are returned to Best Buys Online. The fitment of parts, testing and or tuning of items is at customers cost.
No special consideration will be given to claims placed outside of the warranty period.
For Dead On Arrival, damaged items or wrongly supplied items, customers must notify Best Buys Online within 3 days of receipt of goods. Best Buys Online reserves the right to Replace, Repair or Refund a product at our discretion. The following information is required for us to identify the sale and process the claim. Please retain original packaging for transportation purposes.
