If during this period it is determined the item is defective or not as described, you must contact us at TMRPromotions@aol.com and provide a detailed explanation. We try our hardest to “make it right” and upon receipt of your return, we will replace or refund, depending on inventory at the time. Items sold “as-is” are considered a final sale.
