Goods for returns will be accepted on the following conditions:
a)15% handling fee.
b) Returned within 14 days of the date of invoice.
c) goods must be of same tonality as in stock.
d) Goods must be in original cartons and unopened packs.
e) Goods must be accompanied by an invoice number.
Goods must be checked on delivery or pick-up otherwise no claims will be taken after goods recieved.
