I ship items as they are paid, and I NEARLY always ship within 5 business days of auction close(DOES NOT INCLUDE SAT AND SUN). Tracking numbers for domestic shipping are useless now as all the USPS tells you is "Item shipped, Item enroute etc". If you really want one the charge is .50cents extra on the shipping. If you win an auction, you bought it and must pay, failure to pay will result in a 15.00 re-listing fee plus a 25.00 store restocking fee-THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. ALL ITEMS ARE GUARANTEED TO BE AS LISTED, IF NOT FUNDS WILL BE RETURNED-TO INCLUDE SHIPPING. I don't feel if I have made a mistake one of my customers should pay. The only time I will NOT issue a refund is if a buyer simply gets 'buyer remorse' or Finds a cheaper item after closing. I do NOT ask people to bid you did it on your own free will and we all know it is a 2 step process to a bid-bidding, then confirming the bid, after that it is too late. I ship ALL shipments via Priority mail or Global Priority mail. This gives me peace of mind that your package will arrive. If a buyer wishes a cheaper method of shipment that is your call, HOWEVER I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE-YOU ARE! I have NEVER had a lost package via priority mail, but have had several via other methods. The extra cash is worth the peace of mind.
Lastly I try to treat all my customers EXACTLY the way I would want to be treated, with the utmost respect and honesty I possibly can. I fully expect to be treated in the same manner.
