International Purchases: International customers need to be aware that import duty may be added to their purchase by their respective Customs Control. We will not mark parcels as gifts on Customs labels.
Insurance: Insurance for loss or damage is optional unless stated on the auction page & is included when you use the recorded delivery option where available. The cost of UK insurance is 75p. The cost of international insurance is £3.70. If an item is sent internationally using airmail small packets weighing over 2kgs (eg; Tea sets) & more than one package needs to be used & insurance is required, insurance must be paid on each package.
Multiple Purchases: We will always try to combine items purchased to reduce postage costs where possible as long as a payment has not been sent. The weight of one package using airmail or surface mail for international purchases must not exceed 2kgs. To overcome this, more than one package may be sent. If more than one package needs to be sent & insurance is required, insurance must be paid on each package sent.
Delivery: We try to dispatch my items within 24 hours of receiving payment but will guarantee shipping within 3 working days of receipt of confirmed cleared funds.
Refunds & Returns: We try to describe auctions accurately & use plenty of photos to show views. If however, we have not accurately described an item we will refund the item purchase cost excluding postage costs. If an items arrives damaged & is covered by our insurance; all we ask is that you take a photo of the damaged article in its packaging & send it to us in an email to qualify for a full refund excluding postage costs. If an item is lost in the post, and after a reasonable time the item does not arrive at the destination a full refund will be given excluding postage costs. If for any other reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund you the purchase price excluding postage costs after the item has been returned at the vendors cost.
