    First published 2003 by Scribner, a division of Simon & Schuster, Inc, New York. This edition published 2003 by Picador, an imprint of Pan Macmillan Ltd.          

    The second photo provides the details of the back cover.

    The book is a large paperback with 209 pages.

    Condition 

    The book is in excellent condition. The cover and spine are uncreased and lightly scuffed. There is edge wear to the cover. The pages are unmarked and uncreased. The book is tightly bound.

    Postage 

    The quoted postage price of $3.75 for the book represents $2.75 stamp cost (large letter < 500g) plus $1.00 for a B2 Tough Bag.

    I recommend Registered Post for an extra $2.80. This service not only gives a tracking number and proof of posting, but also includes $100 insurance. Just send me a message as soon as possible after the auction ends and I'll send you a revised invoice.

    I will happily combine postage if you are interested in any of my other items. For $9.90 you can fill a 3kg Pre-Paid Parcel Post Satchel. This book weighs 348 g.
