The units are brand new, boxed and guaranteed. The power lead is fitted with an inline on/off switch. All you need do is plug it in and let the heat from the bulb do the rest.
This product comes with a bulb suitable for use on 240V ac (as used in Australia / NZ / UK etc). 240Vac . It can also be used on USA / Canada etc 110V, but you will need to locally purchase a different bulb.
