1. Genuine Bidders

We all learn from experience, and there are non-paying bidders who spoil it for all of us. Please do not place a bid if you have a feedback rating of less than 85%. If you are new to eBay and would like to bid, please contact us first.

2. Payment

Payment must be received within 7 days from the close of this auction. We will file a non-paying bidder alert after 7 days if we don't hear from you or if you fail to pay on time. We accept PayPal, or Direct Deposit.

3. Shipping

We prefer to use Australia Post, but we are open to other shipping options, if you desire.  We ship smaller items via Australia Post with Delivery Confirmation. Our aim is to pass on the actual cost of shipping to you, and not to overcharge for shipping. Please note that we will not ship to PO boxes. Some items are pick-up only given their size or weight. Cash on collection is then fine.

4. Shipping Insurance

It is recommended that the Buyer takes out shipping insurance, and our shipping quote to you normally includes this unless otherwise advised. Please note that shipping is done entirely at your own risk, if you insist on not having insurance!! If an insured item is damaged in shipping, please retain ALL original packaging materials, including bubble wrap, peanuts, box, shipping label, etc. and contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item.  If the original packaging materials are not retained for inspection by the carrier, your claim may be denied by the insurer.

4. Warranty

Please understand that we do not offer any warranty or returns.
