The proper fitting for crocs is obtained by first putting the strap forward and having the foot rest in the footbed.

As long as the toes are not touching the end and the foot has comfortable spacing all around, that is the right size.

CROCS are designed to be a loose fitting shoe comfortable wearing in any environment .

If the back strap is too firm this can be gently stretched ,

Please be aware that this could put pressure on the rivet which could weaken the shoe if over stretched .
