These are a quality pair of navy blue leather thongs from "Cushi".  There is no size marking on them, but I bought them for myself and know they are a size 9.  The size was marked on a clear sticker on the insoles of the shoe which have since come off.  They are in excellent used condition, and are adjustable with a buckle and velcro strap.  Along the sole measures 27cm and the width is 9.5cm.
