For Intermediate, Semi Pro- Most poeple would have gone for well 'branded' instruments once they are confident with their skills. However, I am sure you know, you will need to have a fat wallet. We are confident that our Custom Range will not only give you a better price, it will surely be as good if not, better than the well branded instruments.

Pro- As a pro, I am sure a lot of us will start to look at guitars that most of us can never afford. If you are looking for a quality instrument without blowing your budget, the Custom has been designed to achieve just that. Instead of getting branded instruments, we found their manufacturer and buy the materials directly from them, hence using design from the USA, we are now able to produce quality and affordable Basses and Guitars.

All delivery will be made within 48hrs when payment has been cleared.

Usually it takes up to 3-5 working days for Australia Post to deliver. WA and other regional may take longer. Please note that we cannot control the timing for delivery.

ALL item will be sent by Registered Post for Security and Peace of Mind.

Returns

Unless stated otherwise in the item description we offer a 10 day refund policy only if the item was substantially not as described in the auction or is completely dead on arrival. Minor variations in model, color, specifications are not reason for a refund.

Buyer must return the item within 10 days of auction in all of the original packaging including carton, boxes and copy of the invoice. All returns must be boxed and backed securely for shipping. Refund provided at our discretion within 10 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
